Lisa, the funeral director and Jeff, the sales counselor answered every single question we had days after we signed the contract.
Little did we know that about a month after purchasing 3 contracts, we would be using the one purchased for my mother. Lisa was WONDERFUL. "I had a very strange thing happen that Simple, Easy, Affordable Cremation was able to help with.
In October last year, after purchasing a pre-plan, my mother suddenly passed away in a hospital. I contacted them immediately. I was given explicit instructions and all the information I needed to have my mother attended to. We were quite surprised at her passing as it was not what we thought would happen. Simple, Easy, Affordable Cremation was able to completely handle the entire process without us having to do anything but make that single call.
This is where it is a bit strange and speaks to the competency of their team. Two weeks later, 30 min after my mother’s memorial service, my father passed while on the way home from giving mom’s eulogy. There was literally a reception in progress, and I called Simple, Easy, Affordable Cremation again for help. Members of their team were there in 30 min and were able to take care of everything. This was important since this was also a complete surprise and we literally had 30 people in the house at the reception for my mother. Their staff made sure everything was handled and gave me all the info I needed in order to take care of my father’s needs as well as to be able to attend the memorial reception.
These were both surprise passings and Simple, Easy, Affordable Cremation made them completely stress free and were thoughtful and caring while also being efficient and explaining things completely.
I would not have been able to deal with either of these events without their help and their team made these tragic events easier to deal with both during and afterwards.
I cannot give a higher recommendation for their services. They are simply best of class in the market and absolutely perfect in their handling of these events.
